I've decided that rather than dirty bulking I am going to get a strict clean lean mass diet. However, i'm not 100% certain on this diet for this goal. Below is the diet I have written up and have been on it for 1 week for today, 13th July 2012.
Upon waking - 80g Oats in milk, with 3 scoops of Whey Protein
Meal 1 - 1 100-150g Chicken Breast, Broccoli and Basmati Rice
Meal 2 - Scrambled eggs, Broccoli and Basmati Rice (Snack - apple)
Pre workout - Banana
Meal 3 - 1 100-150g Chicken Breast, 1 or 2 Jacket Potatoes, Broccoli, Sweetcorn, Carrot
Before bed - 3 scoops of Whey Protein, 1 tablespoon of Peanut butter and cottage cheese
Can anyone give feedback or even help me improve upon this diet? Money is a slight issue in regards to my dieting so I have formed it with that in mind too.
