so last night was very stressful and i ended up coming home and eating a lot of my calories (probably all of them actually) for the day. i follow iifym and i was thinking i was going to fast for the majority of the day and just have like 2 scoops of whey towards the end to kind of meet my protein requirements for the day since the foods i ate were mostly carbs and fat. what do you guys think of this? its an off day so i wont feel so bad if i miss my protein requirements by 10-15 grams but i still wanna hear what you guys have to say about my idea of fasting for the most of the day.... and one last thing is im cutting so you may want to keep that in mind
