I lost about 22 lbs already, but my abs arent defined as good as I want, more specifically the bottom abs any advice? And also the worst part of my body are my pecks, I can flex them, but they look like completely fat, and they're pointy, I hate it. Any suggestions to make them look muscular?

Chest:
Decline barbell Bench press
1 x warmup set 10-12 reps
2 x working set 8-10 reps
incline dumbbell press:
1 x warmup set 10-12 reps
2 x working set 8-10 reps
Dips:
1 x warmup set 10-12 reps
2 x working set 8-10 reps
Flat flyes or cable flyes:
1 x warmup set 10-12 reps
2 x working set: 8-10 reps

Just bulk up. There's no magical exercise
For every body part
That makes you muscular.
Just lift big compound movements, (like bench press for chest) and eat like a horse. As you get bigger you'll get more muscular~Jesus Christ Is My Savior Crew~

Fav 3 lifts: Close grip bench, Squats, and Deadlifts
bench: 225 (10/9/2010)
squat: 325 (may2010)
deadlift 275x5 (april2010)
goal: to be razor sharp cut while being as strong as possible
WHEN I START BACK LIFTING IM COMING BACK ---> FULL FORCE
