    Best peck workout? And chest

    I lost about 22 lbs already, but my abs arent defined as good as I want, more specifically the bottom abs any advice? And also the worst part of my body are my pecks, I can flex them, but they look like completely fat, and they're pointy, I hate it. Any suggestions to make them look muscular?

    Just bulk up. There's no magical exercise
    For every body part
    That makes you muscular.

    Just lift big compound movements, (like bench press for chest) and eat like a horse. As you get bigger you'll get more muscular

    Fav 3 lifts: Close grip bench, Squats, and Deadlifts

    bench: 225 (10/9/2010)
    squat: 325 (may2010)
    deadlift 275x5 (april2010)

    goal: to be razor sharp cut while being as strong as possible
