    Do you guys think i have low testosterone lvls? im 18 btw

    Hey dudes, ive recently realized that i work out good, i get decent sleep, i eat alot of protien, im kind of getting stronger, but i just am not getting more muscle! I now think that i have low testosterone and that is the reason for it all.. i know when my test. is high and it is an AWESOME feeling, i just feel like fighting or yelling or exercizing lol but i never get that feeling anymore.. what do you guys think? and if i DO have low test, how do i increase it?

    i beleive i am getting enough calories. and i do cardio 2 or 3 times to prevent gaining weight.. i am happy at where i am now in terms of weight

    is that too little lol? i try getting more than that but i never g o over 3000. i dont know any food i can eat to make me get 3000 that isnt really fattenning like mcdonalds.

    You need more calories bud, make sure you are getting your fats too. Don't neglect saturated fats, they contribute to test production.
