    How to get thicker and stronger wrists?

    I mean I know the size stays mostly the same but how to get those thick wrists:



    Basically my wrists are pure bone, while some people have thick wrists all around. Are they genetics?
    Bad forearm insertions?

    I feel I lack strength in certain exercises, my wrists are so phuckin weak I dont know what to do.

    I am lifting heavy weights and wrists arent stabilizing them properly, small hands dont help either

    and my lower body is 9.8inch ankles on 5 9 so its pretty robust and strong

    Ill try using towels around the handles, should work the same for smaller price.

    The thing is my forearms look big for my wrist size, but on a 6 0 armspan and 5 9 body 6.5 inch wrists are really small. The area around my wrist bones is the major culprit in my training.

    pretty sure it's just tendons and bone at your wrist. Can't really increase (lean) wrist size.

    Do tendons get noticeably thicker?

    Some days my wrists in the tendons feel so pumped up I could curl a lot. Some days my hands and wrists are so dry I cant curl shiet srs my weight curling falls down.

    It looks like I already built some tendons, but sometimes they dont do their job right and the bone is just too much weak.

    Dude, I'm 6'4'' and I have 6.5 inch wrists don't feel bad. I used to worry about the thickness of them 24/7 but if you grow your forearm it will make them look much better. How old are you? If you're not doing growing yet it's possible to force a little growth out of them. And I'm not sure why, but as you age your wrists seem to get slightly larger, whether it be the tendons or the actual bone.

    Im like 16 bro, grew forearm like almost 13 inch now, looks great on 5 9 body when wearing a watch around the wrist (for that thicker look), without watch I still look like skinny phaggot, all because of the wrist.

    I have no clue what my forearms were when I started, but they were bitch forearms. Doing kroc rows will kill your forearms too. Lift heavy, eat big, and you will put on some size.
