Haha dont listen to any advice in this thread op. I would think your version of "holding water" actually means you didn't achieve the conditioning your looking for. Hit the cardio and tweak the diet. Also increase water intake.

Cut a hole in your bladder, should drain any excess out.

I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''

I have it on good authority many do not only this, but 'site drilling' whereby problem areas are targeted with a drill in order to drain water from specific areas to show cuts. That's why Jay's bicep was funky last year, it was due to a faulty drill screwing it up...

I hold a lot of water during the few last weeks prior to the contest because of the highly stressful regimen. That's not an issue if you can judge your real conditioning and finish the cutting process with as little fat as possible.
Now, from personal experience, drastic changes can only mess things up. The only thing I suggest you do from now on, is to cut a great part of sodium intake and increase the consumption of water. I choose bottled water with low mineral content. This should cleanse your body of excessive sodium and, consequently, water.
Than proceed with the final week as you usually do. Or, if you have no idea how to do the final week, and the proven methods didn't succeed with you, feel free to ask. We'll find an alternative approach. My final week was, also, somethin a bit out of the ordinary.Don't just stare, dare!
