hey guyswell iv been cuttin all summer and i lost about 18 lbs and i wanna lose about 30 but i can't seem to lose ne more
i really son't do to much cardio
but heres my reg and cutting diet
reg
46grams of fat
265 carbs
150 protein
cutting
40 grams
200carbs
150 and above for protein
should i cut more carbs u think? i only eat about 200 clas a day for cutting
plz tell me what should i cut and elimante

A lot of cutting bodybuilders prefer to have a diet that is 40% protein, 40% fat, 20% carbs. This macronutrient ratio doesn't work for everyone though.
I am on a Ketogenic diet and I get very low carbs everyday. Other than brocolli and celery for fiberand my Post-Workout shake, the only carbs I get are trace carbs.I'm back. For good.

Hey, what's your age/height??? I mean 145lbs is pretty light already, and you're still looking to lose another 10lbs? Seems a bit extreme to me.
Anyway, if you want to lose the weight definitely add some cardio to your routine so you can burn more calories. That way you can also up the carb intake for the cardio sessions, and still lose weight, since you'll be burning off more than you consume. hope i was of some help"How much you weigh?
