Quick question about 'Refeed' calorie intake.

Incorporating a refeed day into my diet and I've read from many sources to increase calorie intake to maintenance level.
My 'TDE' based on my job and workout schedule is about 2900.
If my refeed is on an off day, where I'm not at work, should I intake the amount of calories based on no exercise or intake 2900.

    Thanks.

You should do it in line with a workout.

Doesn't matter the difference is neglegable. You should be eating at LEAST maintenance. Going a bit over is not an issue and likely better. If you do it right spillover is almost nonexistent.

Thanks again, it's just maintenance with no exercise comes out to 2250, I've been cutting on 2200. If I use this figure the 'Refeed' day would be pretty pointless.
