You're completely right brother, but when I hear of places where the proportion of 'good' is higher than 'bad', I'd rather save some time by visiting these places. Then again, maybe there's plenty of 'good' in front of me, but I'm just being too blind to actually see it.
Eid is almost. I'm pretty hungry for some baklava!

Food looks joocy brag. Welcome back. Had an iftaar at my place last night. Was a good time, but really short. Was busy getting the food and stuff ready then it was desert, then it was is ha and ppl bounced. But insh Allah will reward us w breaking the fast of all the folks who came.

Tunisian/Algerian baklava is a bit different from the Turkish or Balkan variant.

I can see you getting to very low digits easily, especially with your muscle mass....should be no biggie after Ramadan!
So you jog everyday after lifting weights? For how long? Mind giving a break down of your workout routine....I know you are fasting and it might take some typing but I'd really appreciate it brother!

i was already at 6-8% Before Ramadan , currently between 8-10 not more , still got my veins and full abs , less defined but i'm fine
it's not jogging it's like fast walking , usually if i'm alone for 60 minutes , if someone with me we do up to 70 minutes , legs day as i said on stationary bike no walking for me
already had first meal 3 hours ago , not fasting now
here is my split in Ramadan only:-
Chest
Arms
Legs
Shoulders/traps
Back
regular days:-
Chest+Bi
Legs
Shoulders+Tri
Back+Traps
Reps 12,10,8,6 bulking or maintaining
cutting 25,25,20,20 super set included and drop sets
4 exercises for big muscle groups (chest,front legs,shoulders,back)
3 exercises for small muscle groups (bi,tri,hamstrings , traps < only 2 exercises)
forearms/calves and abs i pick one everyday and do it high reps 30+ , medium to heavy weights till failure
thats it , i switch between exercises everyweek i don't repeat them , notice that i'm 4 years now into lifting soon 5 years
if u are new the split is fine but follow same exercises for 1 month then switch in the next month with new exercises to follow the whole monthBeast

Super Manlet, sick routine classic but has the twist of forearms/calves everyday as those are usually stubborn areas. Why the high reps when cutting? When I joined these forums I assumed the same, but then everyone here told me high reps during cutting is broscience, I dunno seems to be working for you though.
So not jogging its a fast walk, I assume on an incline? Why do you do this? I have a martial arts buddy (muay thai and jitsu) and he calls that the "walk of death" ie. NEVER DO it. He says it has no benefits....it does not provide conditioning and it also does nothing much for caloric burning. All it does is stress the body. He does stuff like barbell complexes and timed 3 mile runs. Anyway, I got off point there, what I wanted to ask was why the long haul cardio sessions? What heart rate do you tend to stay at? What is the purpose of them?

it's not everyday lets say the split started this week with chest
so chest+bi (add forearms here) and maybe abs
then legs (add calves here)
then Shoulders+triceps (add forearms here) maybe abs too or leave to next day
Back+traps (calves here)
it's switching .. not everyday .. when u see it , it looks like everyother day

High reps increase muscle growth and brings out the Striations , the lower BF% u get the more Striations u see but it gotta follow some stretching movements after each set u do

lol , i like the "walk of death" , have u ever seen a pro IFBB running on trademill ? no
or a top bodybuilding athlete doing HIIT? maybe few and lets say there are no more than 5% out of the 100% of the rest , most of them they just walk
go watch Rentless for Ronnie Coleman dvd 1 and dvd 2 , or watch Jay Cutler or Kai Greene .. non of them run or do anything beside walking or stationary bike , or the stepper i guess it's name ?

cause it's the best to get shredded , specially if u want to shred the fat faster
when i'm cutting it's usually 2 hours a day , 1 hour first thing in the morning (empty stomach) .. which was approved by PhD holder Layne Norton it has no different than eating and walking
while most of the top bodybuilders do it on empty stomach since the 70's and still effective .. so it's all about science and experience .. if its working why bothering reading how it has no more effect than eating and walking
and another 1 hour post workout
in the final week of cutting i do 3 hours of cardio 1 in the morning , 1 post workout 1 before sleeping
your friend runs for 3 miles , burning more muscle than fat .. thats the run of death
i have no problem discussing anything but problem is when a kid or 2 jumps here and start pulling stuff from no where
also to tell u , i tried that in both ways .. natty and on dark side .. it works the sameBeast

i am happy being a natty ..but if going dark side i can see great results why not...
