I used to go to mcdonalds a lot when I first started working out MCnuggets, chicken selects, couple burgers, and fries.
Now if i ever have a cheat meal its always taco bell, 3 doritos tacos + 3 chilupas and a root beer. So ****ing good.If You're Not Gaining, You're Losing.
