Hey guys! I have recently been filming my training and started a youtube channel, so I figure I might as well keep a log here as well!
I'm currently 225lbs with meet lifts of 501 squat, 341 bench, and 507 deadlift. I compete raw in USAPL.
My first meet was February first where I hit these numbers. I competed at a 223 bodyweight, so I was in the 242 weight class. I also competed as a junior as I am 21 years old! I broke all the state records for that class (due to the numbers not being especially high) and it gave me a lot of motivation. I have to say, my first meet was a rush and I really enjoyed it. I hope to be in the power lifting game a very long time.
I am currently in a graduate program for exercise physiology. I currently work at a sport performance facility where I train high school teams and athletes.
I have been lifting for 7 years and I have been studying exercise and physiology for 5. I write my own programming and I have had success so far!
So lets get this log started with the video from my first meet!!!

I'm subbed. I have fairly close numbers at a close height and body weight. Do you think you can write down your lifts for the day alongside the video by chance? Makes it easier for people who are subbed to follow your progress. If not, no worries.
