    It's just processed, powdered food; what exactly are you expecting it to do?

    I did purchase this product, but that is purely because I was struggling to fit my bulking cals in via whole foods and I don't enjoy eating breakfast, so drinking one for breakfast helped.

    The only helpful review you will find is one on it's flavour, because it ain't gonna do anything more magical than whole, unprocessed food; strawberry cheesecake is quite nice, chocolate cream isn't great.
