Looking to add something in for my back.
Currently doing -
Deadlifts 3x5
BB Rows 3x8
Weighted Pullups 3x8
Cable Row 3x8
Wide Grip Pulldown 2x8
Close Grip Pulldown 2x8
Usually alternate between the pulldowns.
Looking for something to replace the BB rows. I see people doing BB rows arched back/flat back, see people doing Pendlay rows, see people doing T-Bar rows, see people doing DB rows.
Just wondering which is the best type of row (Barbell or Dumbbell) for both mass/strength, that hits mid/upper back.
Could you also include a video showing perfect form?
Thanks.

Barbell Rows or Pendlay Rows are great. You need to be doing one of those in your routine for the best Upperback Improvement. It doesn't really matter which one though, you just need to do some type of heavy rowing movement.
Current Stats:
Weight: 161 lbs
Bench: 160 x 1
Squat: 265 x 1
Deadlift: 275 x 1
Rack Pulls: 305 x 10
Rows: 145 x 6
OH Press: 105 x 2
