    Do I need to have a LOADING PHASE when first taking creatine?

    Just bought creatine, never used it before.

    Back label of creatine says I need to be taking 1 scoop 4 times per day (total 20g/day) for 5-7 days.

    Then after 5-7 just a regular 1 scoop for maintenance.

    Necessary?
