    Incline Bench Issue

    Hey guys,

I've been doing incline db presses on a 30 degree incline on my routine for a while, but I want to switch over to the barbell soon. However, I noticed my gym's barbell incline benches are stuck at 45 degrees, which feels a bit awkward on the shoulders and hits the front delts more. Should I stick to the db's or will the 45 degree barbell press be good?

Edit: This is for my chest/tri day, not shoulders.
On my journey for strength and mass.

Sit your ass forward in the seat to reduce the angle.

If that's still not enough then use dumbbells.
