yes its good. http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLi...Standards.html strength standards for bench for adult males. At 140, to be considered elite you would have to bench around 275, and you are very close to advanced now

If you are being truthful, then that's fantastic, since you're just getting your growth spurts and your muscles are still developing, so a lot of people your age can often barely bench 80 or 90. I wasn't able to bench 135 until after my 16th birthday, although I was a late bloomer, so how tall are you?

205 at 15 and 140 is great. I am 18, 165, and i hit about 270 and i still think thats kinda good. Goodluck man, by the time you're 18 i hope youre hitting 3 plates.

At your age it is good yeah. I wouldn't worry about maxing though, just hit a decent rep range. Maxing isn't important to most bodybuilders (Assuming you are one) and many don't give a sh*t how much they can bench, squat, dead, etc. Just work on getting stronger, and getting bigger and the weights will go up. Just my opinion, and to the people benching 300+ at 15...hard to believe, but impressive if your telling the truth.

Almost a 1.5x bodyweight bench at 15, yes I'd consider that quite good.
Bench Press - 225x18 // 275x8 // 330x1
Squat - 385x7 // 445x1
Overhead Press - 135x20 // 225x1
Deadlift - 385x11
Bodyweight OHP for reps!
