    Anyone follow the Physiques of greatness training split?

    As the title states does anyone follow the Physiques of greatness training split by Chris Jones and Vince G?

    Started it this week, muscles haven't been this sore in awhile.

    Do you mean Vince's Beginner routines or those expert/advanced ones on there? I like those guys a lot but I don't think somebody will make great gains on those routines. There is just too much volume and so many unnecessary isolation exercises. Judging by your stats I would think that All Pro's beginner routine would be better for you (I am on it now also).

    Not doing them, but I like to watch for their catchy phrases. They have good answers to questions, good answers for what to eat when you're out to dinner, and good recipes.

    I looked into vince's beginner workout routine and it looks to be the same basic routine as chris's minus a few exercises.
