I dunno about you but I don't expect to get huge just because I drink a protein shake.
Protein shakes are good because 1. convenience and 2. cheap.
Even in Aus where protein is expensive as f*ck it's still by far the cheapest / easiest way to get your 20gs of protein ur lacking at the end of the day.
