I'm not joking, I've recently been doing a transformation routine in Gold's Gym, and I've been examined by a personal trainer, Infact I did increase in overall weight, but analysers showed the following.
Also I'm "Sure" about it, as I've noticed a difference in my legs, belly, and also the amount of lifts.

I believe you can build muscle while burning fat (did myself), but I doubt you put on 9lbs of lean mass in 10 days.
We have enslaved the rest of the animal creation, and have treated our distant cousins in fur and feathers so badly that beyond doubt, if they were able to formulate a religion, they would depict the Devil in human form.

Started ------> 237 lbs, 27% BF
Now ----------> 198 lbs, 16% BF
Goal ----------> 185 lbs, 10% BF {Gunna take some time but I'm in for the long haul}
