I'm not joking, I've recently been doing a transformation routine in Gold's Gym, and I've been examined by a personal trainer, Infact I did increase in overall weight, but analysers showed the following.
Also I'm "Sure" about it, as I've noticed a difference in my legs, belly, and also the amount of lifts.

I believe you can build muscle while burning fat (did myself), but I doubt you put on 9lbs of lean mass in 10 days.

Did your trainer put you on a dbol only cycle and a doubke cheeseburger diet? The only way your puttin on 9 lbs in that short of period is pure water weight ftom crappy food
