    How come I lost 8 lbs fat and gained 9 lbs muscle in 10 days?

    I'm not joking, I've recently been doing a transformation routine in Gold's Gym, and I've been examined by a personal trainer, Infact I did increase in overall weight, but analysers showed the following.

    Also I'm "Sure" about it, as I've noticed a difference in my legs, belly, and also the amount of lifts.

    You didn't. They probably used a Tanita body comp scale and you were more or less hydrated between the two readings.

    I believe you can build muscle while burning fat (did myself), but I doubt you put on 9lbs of lean mass in 10 days.

    OP maybe the measurements were wrong? While I've once gained muscle and loss fat by luck I'm not so sure about that 9lbs in 10 days.

    It doesn't matter whether or not you think you did, or honestly believe you did, or what some douchepickle at Gold's Gym told you. You didn't put on 9lbs of muscle OR lose 8 lbs of fat in 10 days.
