I told the guy my wants:
-higher energy level
-increase protein intake
-goal is get and maintain lean mass
He gave me this:
This will be my first supplement of any sort. Btw, it tastes really yummy.
My questions are if any one of you ladies have tried it before and when the ideal time would be to drink it. I was going to go for breakfast or dinner times. Figured I might as well go at this as legit as possible if I'm going to improve my body.

The only reason I'm in here was because I saw a thread saying "went to GNC"
never go to GNC, they have the highest mark up of any "supplement" store around, and their employes are trained to sell you chit you don't need.
Brb selling test boosters to a 16 year old.
lucky you only walked out with a 2lb thing of protein. Some guy was telling a story about how a GNC employee sold his parents all sorts of crap telling them it was a miracle cure-all. He went to talk to the employee, and was not plz'd

bodybuilding.com has better prices. Don't worry about it though, just enjoy your protein and buy your next from here.
