Pre-Workout that gives the BEST PUMP??

Hey guys,

My lifting partner was a little disappointed with SuperPump Max... I ordered it for him because he wanted a PreWO that gives him a good pump.

I like Craze and White Flood at my PreWOs of choice, so I'm not aware of the best PreWO in terms of PUMP.

What do you guys recommend??? Something better than SuperPump Max??

I am not a fan or a person who uses a pure Pump product. I do use NO products such as pre-workouts to get a little bit of energy for a workout, but I am not one who chases the pump. Again I dont use a PURE pump product, I dont enjoy chasing the pump on my workouts, so therefore my use for it would not be used, nor do i really take in any carbs pre-workout (train fasted) so the results/effects of the product would not really shine because I hate eating before training (personal preference). I am sure I am not the only one in this world who does not use a Pump product.

Xtreme Formulations Vengeance is one of the best preworkout products for a pump, and it only gets better as you use it. It's really an all-in-one product, so you wouldn't need to add any extra creatine or beta-alanine (assuming you are saturated with both). There are some logs on the forum from respected users as well.

I ran a search on the topic, and it seems like most people vote for HemaNOvol, with ErgoPump coming in second...

I have been using White Blood by Controlled Labs for the last week or so. Pumps and vascularity are really good. So good in fact that I have to avoid taking it on leg day as the pumps I get in my lower back actually hinder my workout. You get 90 tablets for like 30 some bucks. I think it's worth a look!

Also, maybe SuperPump Max does give awesome pumps, assuming you eat enough carbs in your pre-workout meal and consume plenty of water (both of which you need for pumps to take place). You are just as well off to close your eyes and pick one at random

Like I said... this is for my lifting buddy, who refuses to use BB. He's rarely on a computer.

I switch back and forth between Craze and White Flood myself.

I'll recommend White Blood to him for sure.

I've heard of Vengeance and Pre-Surge unleashed.

I'll probably recommend White Blood or HemaNOvol for him. Any stories/experiences on HemaNOvol would be appreciated.

Fierce Domination Review

Energy/7.5- really clean energy. No jitters... just motivated with a clean focus. Nothing like craze where you can't think... New Maximize intense has more "energy" but a little too jittery for me.
Focus/8- clean focus.. nothing insane
Pump/-8.5 Took it solo and it was great... same as hemaval/stim option
taste-8-dont care about taste but didnt make me cringe like craze and new intense... different from watermelon flood but just as good.

- Craze had been giving me all kinds of weird sides lately (anxiety, zoning out, borderline depression). Fierce Domination produced no sides, nor do I expect it ever will given its profile.

- Both produced similar endurance in that I could've stayed in the gym as long as I wanted. The main difference, however, is that while both boost performance, Craze significantly lessened the perception of effort. In other words, I could do the same amount of work on Fierce Domination, but it felt harder. All weights and reps remained the same or even increased, but the effort was more noticeable on Fierce Domination. Not necessarily a bad thing.

- Fierce Domination blows Craze away from a pump standpoint, which is to be expected given their respective profiles.

Conclusion: Could just be a grass-is-greener effect, but I think I'm going to end up liking Fierce Domination even more than I liked Craze.

- I had an awesome pump throughout my chest workout, almost where a few times it was borderline painful at the end of my reps. This was interesting since I actually had kept Hemavol out of the mix for this workout. One thing though that I have noticed that may have contributed to this, I have found that when I workout later in the afternoon, the pump seems to be more prominent then when I work out first thing in the morning (possibly because my body is already flush with food and carbs by the time i get to the gym in the afternoon). This was about 30 minutes after my workout, and I still had a great pump/fullness going on (even had the arm vascularity kicking in even though I didn't work out my arms)

Mixability: Below average. I put one scoop into 12 oz of cold tap water and shook it for a minute or so.
There were still white specs around the bottle, it did not dissolve completely.

Taste: Very very very good. In terms of taste, I would rank it as follows: Domination Watermelon > Most SP MAX flavors> Hemavol Watermelon > White Flood Watermelon > Maximize Intense.
It has a very sweet taste to it, almost candy like. If you thought hemavol's watermelon/white floods watermelon was good, wait until you try this one.

Energy: One scoop of it was amazing. It isn't jittery at all. I would say it be in a similar ballpark to taking two scoops of white flood.
In terms of energy.. Maximize Intense v2 + Hemavol > Fierce Domination = White Flood > Ultima > SPMax > Animal Rage.

Pump: Very similar to 2 scoops of Hemavol's effect with just one scoop of Domination.

Overall: I am definitely a fan of SAN after this =) You cannot go wrong with Fierce Domination Watermelon Flavor!
Best tasting pre-workout in my honest opinion and I tried quite a few of them.

i got one of the best pumps ever on a shoulder workout using just domination. this is a really great all-around product. don't really care for sum41 but yeah...definitely all killer, no filler.

Pump v1<v2 overall 9/10 my go to stack for pumps is Nitrates + Karbolyn, then it gets comparable between nitrates + 6g Citrulline + Agmatine or a combination of said ingredients. this having Agmatine + CrN + GMS you can expect great pumps, took me about my 3rd rep to start noticing my shoulders filling with blood, it's been about 2 hours and i still feel the pump in my shoulders.

Best PW I've ever used is Cellucors M5. It's a little pricey but I think it's well worth it. Great energy and huge pumps. Also if you want even more, stack it with Cellucor's NO3 also an insane Supp. I swear by both of them.

Hemavol always did it for me, never had white blood though, it seems like its getting reviews. BUT if i remember correctly the original noshotgun gave me crazy ridiculous pumps! I unfortunately havnt tried the new one yet but if its anything like the original one then i say give it a shot.
