    Thumbs up Venison burger with sautéed string beans

    This may be one of the best keto meals I have had in a long time. It is higher in cals but I only eat 3 times a day do its good.

    Burger is 6 oz of 80% deer 20% pork fat grilled 4 min a side at 500 degrees to medium

    Green beans are sautéed in sesame oil a touch of soy and garlic.

    Oil is carmalized with salt and olive oil and jalapeños

    as a friend very annoyingly pointed out to me today, I figured I would put that these figures are of the cooked finish product, not the precooked weights.
