If I cook sweet potato (3-4lbs) and add 3/4stick of butter and eat a few ounces at a time ... should that be considered my fat for the meal or still eat a little PB?

That's pretty good .. 147 is supposed to be my max heart rate now ... 200 minus my age
That JASON WHEAT'S LEG QUAKE WORKOUT looked the worst to me: 8 x 8 squats, 8 x 8 leg curls, 8 x 25 extensions and finishing with 3 circuits
Huge session today and really must've got the legs pumping. What does the 200k challenge involve?"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Thanks man
I believe it is an International contest
You can register now here, but it doesn't officially start until December 29th-January 11th. In that time you upload your starting photos (front, side, back) with proof of date or some kind of hashtag and word like #200k
So for the heartrate should I figure 200 minus my age too, for max heart-rate?
Leg session had me struggling at the end , I'm sure I'll be limping the next few days
And yeah that leg workout in the link is the one I was eyeing. I think I may have come close todayJournal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146355063

I'm with you on the diet front .... There's so many cookies around at the moment and I'm a sucker for them. Too many Christmas parties.
That was a great arm day .. 1h 30m and you just pumped away. Great start with the CGBPs and the 135 x 12 and 15 sets
Big heavy volume on the bench today ... pressing is really starting to take off. Closing in on 3pps again"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Hoping for a good shoulder session today. Tried to look up Kris Gethin's new program and skipped to the DTP Extreme version of Shoulders but it looks like he's putting this program together as he goes. Looks like the same concept that I did for a while of switching between programs every few weeks. I may do this program after it's complete

Solid training today Pritch. Yeah Gethins program includes Y3T, GST and DTP and I think another one. Looks insane. Thinking about doing it after the new year when I know my diet will be 100% clean

lol I know right
Thanks man ... and pretty much the same goals: build muscle and keep lean
how is the gym going?
Thanks man . He's got FST-7 and GVT ... not sure which one you meant as GST could refer to either
Yeah it looks properly brutal ... looking forward to it
If you do it I'll do it at the same time and we can compare notes
Well ... you can watch it one youtube
Thanks man. I think I did something to my shoulders while stretching, they feel really strained on both sides. I lifted anyway, obviously.
In my head I always want my shoulders, chest, and back to be balanced and so I figure if I lived comparable amounts of heavy weights I should end up symmetrical ... not a good way to think but it's been working so far. I just think if I can do 225 on bench I should be able to do it for the "opposite exercise" which would be BB Row or Pendlay rows, lol. With shoulders I figure I should be able to press at least half as muchJournal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411

I think that that's a good plan ... for most of my training life I never did much in the way of rows so that I really set myself up for impingement problems and the ruptured RC. Doing at least as much back as chest is a good idea and I think pull-downs/pull-ups to match the OHPs in a vertical plane is just as important. You do a good job of balancing your workouts
1600 for the day looks pretty low for you ... should see the shreds coming in quickly at that
Good arm mesh today. Really strong volume on the CGBPs. I'm not a great fan of skulls or OH triceps work because my elbows always end up complaining"Better to wear out than rust out!"
