Someday when I have enough money to buy ridiculous amounts of fresh produce to juice, I will definitely be getting a juicer. Unreal CGBP man

Will do! Came in today and I briefly looked it over. There are some ingredients in there that I've never heard of!
POWER BODYBUILDING
WEEK 4, DAY 5: DEADLIFTS
DEADLIFTS
140 x 10
230 x 4
Working Sets:
320 x 4
410 x 4, 4, 4
320 x 6, 8
VOLUME = 10680 (10,000 WEEK I, 8920 WEEK III)
CG PLATE LOADED ROW
T-Bar row with chain attached to a D-Handle
125 x 10
150 x 10, 10, 10, 10
VOLUME = 7250 (PR!) (5900 WEEK 1; 7100 WEEK III)
WIDE "D" SHORT BAR PULLDOWN
80 x 15
100 x 15
110 x 15
VOLUME = 4350 (4050 WEEK III)
CARDIO
10mins LISS > Heart rate was 150 most of the time
WORKOUT THOUGHTS
>> Good back day today thought I wasn't really feeling those deadlifts. I think next week when I shift to 3 reps at the heavy weight I'll use the 410 and hopefully be at 460 when I switch over to 2 reps
>> Off for the weekend, probably won't be on much!Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411

Ah!
I forgot I changed my settings so I see more posts per page. So I see that I'm at 54 pages
I'm almost at 40,000 views! I feel like I should give something away, but I'll just keep getting PRs!!!
And thanks Ken. I'm going to try and improve every week. Like I said above even if it's 2.5lbs it's more than last time, which in turn means slow and steady growth

LOL
That was such a great / terrible movie
The hard part about rest days for me are staying on point with the diet. Saturday and Sundays I easily get off track ... like these Double Stuffed Oreos next to me for example ...
Love doing these:
