Bah!
hate when it happens. I'm tempted to buy some clothes from work but don't want to waste the money.

It's nice to have a full suite of machines .. my gym has no calf machines at all
Lots of volume for the arms and shoulders today Pritch ... strong DB shoulder pressing with the 70s and supersetting the EZ bar extensions with the bench dips would have smashed the tris for a great arm pump"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Ha thanks "Monster Matz"
Ran only 2 hills today, this is half of it ...
... the other half keeps going up and wraps around into the woods a bit more. I mowed a few little paths so I can run around and back down or keep going to the other side and down around the rest of the propertyJournal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411

Yeah man it's been great
I hate when that stuff is on, most of the time when I go early there is some kind of big band stuff or Vegas show music
Did 3 hills today (.6mi) and sprinted up one side when I came to it. Hoping to get a back workout later ...Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411

Due to the gym being closed today I just did 3 "hills"; wasn't sweating until I came inside - then it was like a dam bursting lol. No A/C, just a fan. I had the dogs with me and they are troopers!!
I'll probably do three more later. I'm really hoping it rains. The sun suddenly came out and it felt like an oven + the humidity today. I came home early since I travelled over the weekend and am going to get some downtime in before another week. Hoping for some PRs and playing with new equipment this weekJournal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411

Biked 6.59 miles in 32mins. Not too bad for my first time here at the new place
Saw two deer high-tail it across the road ... hoped no more were following to knock me off the bike! I was also hoping they'd stop so I could snap a photo but the fog was coming in and it was already too dark ... ah well maybe next timeJournal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411

LOL
That gif is exactly what went through my head when I saw the two go bounding across
Yeah it was great save for the gnats getting in my eyes. I'll wear goggles or something next time lol. But it was great. I plan to go earlier in the day so I can see the tiny lake that is in a golf course. The road goes right around it and would be great for a ride
Gym tomorrow!!! Planning for Chest and BicepsJournal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411

Right now we are just enjoying it and dreaming up some plans
We've thought about some things to do in terms of getting animals but not much else
never done weighted pushups but I have considered it
YEAH BUDDY!!
Now that I've got a gym it's going great. Only problem is that it is so far away so when I don't drive in to work I don't hit the gym ... but that's what cardio is for
LOL sorry brah
Thanks man! The donkey calf is a machine that looks almost exactly like this image on the left:
I love it, definitely my favorite exercise and my upper calves are very sore!Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175642411
