You're looking strong under that bar and you're keeping nice tension on the quads with that tempo, but I would work to go deeper and at least hit parallel. It might feel uncomfortable for a while but going deeper will help avoid hip strains ultimately and give you better strength driving up as you bump the weight
Great strength on those shoulder presses. You're looking really solid in the vid --- not quite shark-like, but almost"Better to wear out than rust out!"
