The retreat was AWESOME! I'm always amazed and humbled by the trust teens have when they tell me what's going on. God was felt and God moved!

>> Good workout despite being SO TIRED from the weekend. My meals were also off and I'm sure the KFC and 2 potato sides didn't help from last night. I didn't think HIIT would be a good idea with having skipped b-fast, snack, and lunch before my workout ... !
MEALS:
MEAL 1: 1c egg Whites; 2 Slices Whole Grain Organic Bread w/organic butter; 1/2c Oatmeal (Post Workout 2:30pm)
MEAL 2: (5:00pm)
MEAL 3: (7:00pm)
MEAL 4: 7-8oz Chicken; Romaine Salad w/Catalina Dressing (9:00pm)
MEAL 5: 1c Egg Whites (11:00pm)
