Unfortunately it doesn't look like I will be lifting heavy this week a lot, so not going to test my lifts again. So I will just give my B&As now, with all the numbers!
Are you ready? I don't think you can handle it.
I know I need to get better at posing.
I really wish I would have been able to push my shoulder a bit more and look at my new PRs, but I feel it is very unwise.
