Thought this would be a fun concept. Might not be original or might fail but here we go. Keep the conversation low, post a picture that you feel is worthy of sharing:


Photo should be something from your workout that day, ie: PR, a setup with chains, specialty bar, something different
One photo at a time
Try not to spam a photo everyday. Twice a week tops.
No BS photos

I know that thread is there. I was thinking more along the lines of what Dave Tate does sometimes. Sometimes during a workout they take a.cool pic of the setup they were doing.

Just bought myself some new 20kg plates.They are nothing flash,but to me they are just fine!!$80 pair.

That was my hand after attempting to deadlift a 300kg manhole cover. It ached for a week straight after that!

these aren't mine, but this is essentially what my hands looked like every week after a race.



after awhile I learned the only way to have them not hurt and try to prevent infection is to rip open all the blisters and use rubbing alcohol until the area was dead to touch. My callouses were brutal.

I would love to see your face when you are doing this!

You've gotta love rowier's hands, lol. A friend of mine rowed crew in college (Rutgers) and his hands always looked like that.

BTW, for the rest of you, gloves don't work in this situation.
