It surprises me how many people refuse to buy equipment from Elitefts because its too expensive but they will buy equipment from their competitors, then continue to go on EFS website regulary to educate themselves for FREE
Yes, the 3x3 econo rack with weight storage and a few other options
ok i thought it was but i didnt know you could get the monkey chin bar on an econo 3x3rack, or quick adjust safeties. It looks like you got the nicer Jcups. Their econo jcups are horrible, or at least they use to be(see the pic in this thread) http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=150653143

I was half way through deadlift day and I realised that I haven't posted any pics of my new gym setup yet. Its messy, cramped, and cold.... but I get a buzz training in it.
I'll try and take some better pics to put in the stickied thread in the day time, after a little tidy up.

Its what we call a garage- designed to hold one car, not a f'k*n fleet, you yankees will never understand. Its my home for the next few months until we can find a house to buy.

Yeah but the Brits have a funny way of saying garage. . . . P&I I like the mirror. You can have a toss and watch from a different angle!
You need a rack, bench and 300-lb. Oly set. Now, what was your question?

Yep, pronounced Garr-idge, instead of gur-Arge. Not, sure which one of us has it right here. lol
And there was me, using the mirror for technique, when all along I had the perfect mirror for playing tug the slug. When used with my gym timer and squat box, I have the perfect podium for my speed-fapping antics, who knew.

Got myself a squat PR today in my ghetto gym today. Nothing special by most peoples standards, but 3 plates a side is a landmark I've been after for a long time. 140kg (308 lbs). I always use a box to squat to as a depth guage which is 1ft high. The strage configuration of the plates is because I was increasing the weight each set.
This is my 'whiteboard'. The cross indicates a warm up set, long lines are full sets (working 5s at the mo), small lines are singles/triples/doubles. It just helps me keep track of what I've done that workout. I use a diary when outside life is easy, but when life is chaotic, like it is right now, I don't bother.

Congrats, my friend. Reps on spread.
It's the milestones that keep us pushing to be bigger, stronger, and better than we were yesterday.
If I were there I'd buy you a beer.

If a Brit squats 3 plates in his temporary gym without actually using 3 plates, did he really squat it?

Thanks mate. Six months ago I couldn't even put a bar on my shoulders because of my injury, so it feels good to have done this now. It kind of feels like things are moving in the right direction a little.

Thank hulked, I'm a bit OCD on plates usually. I like having the biggest plates I can get on the bar, and in descending order, but because I'm not using a diary at the moment, I use the plates to track where I'm at. So next session I can strip the last three plates off, and I know thats what I need to be lifting. It works well for me. As for the workout itself, I don't normally go over 5 (working) sets on squats, but when I have time, I like throwing the low rep stuff at the end and building up the weight each set to see where I'm at.

Great job.
LOL, I was expecting to get called out on that. No video, no spoon pic= it didn't happen. Thems the rules. In this case I also ****ed with gravity by putting different plates on the bar. I'm peppering my angus for the neg train.
