kwan doesn't have any unique size or muscle to look impressive and just doesn't have have any marketing potential other than his background. He's got the experience but if he gets his shot but doesn't know how to speak the language to the people of his background then it makes his character weak and doesn't much help his market. Entertainment qualities have more substantial weight than any of the prior accomplisments or experience he has ever had and if he doesn't carry any appeal to the audience to have viewers interested then I really don't think he will ever get there.

Not that it matters, but in my opinion AN has a huge chance of making it. TNA doesn't have a marketable asian superstar. AN is marketable, he is muscular, and most importantly, he speaks english. He clearly has the experience and talent. I don't know about his charisma, but hey, we had Great Khali as the world champ. Best of luck AN.

Size? Cm Punk and D-Bry say high. Hell even SCSA was just a in good muscuar shape guy...not super tall, super big, or a roid monkey.
Marketing- He got on Gut Check because of his personal brand on this site. Also your comparing indy leauage marketing to who?...someone with a company to market help? Fair comparision
Language- So he doesn't speak Mandarin or Cantonese, miniscule market to TNA. Also even if he did.......99.9% of the time rambling on in a forieng language most people understand doesn't work. If you speak Russian in a promo how am I supposed to know if you are talking about having your way with my mother, making a generic I am tough i hate you, hulk smash kind of promo, or just telling everyong how to make chicken soup in Russian?
Appeal to the audience- 1 he is employeed so he appeals to some people. As for appealing to TNA and their needs.............he hasn't got on TV yet.
Since AN is in this thread though....When you going on TV bro? (heard anything) it's live and you know kickboxing.... headkick a few security gaurd and run in screaming I'm aware if they turn you down.

I have had a close friendship with lucky cannon for over 11 years and he was once in your shoes and got the opportunity to become a student at fcw and later became an on air talent with wwe. When he was not on television under contract he and many others appear at wwe seminars with scouts at different promotions and 20 miles from home at rodney macks promotion I've attended and seen some of the criticism most of them got and I don't think its much different with Hogan and Dixie unless you've got a wrestling pedigree. Tough luck.

"wrestling pedigree" means jack sh*t, unless you're Kurt Angle I guess
My best friend is a football coach. Doesn't mean I know sh*t about football.
I think I'll go with the opinion of people IN the business, thanks.

When you e-mail him, why not mention the Misc? All kidding aside, if you were on iMPACT, I am sure we could get tons of people from this web site to tune in to watch. This IS one of the biggest forums on the internet.
Who does everyone want AN to face on Gut check? My first inclination is Bully Ray, but since they are both heels I doubt that'll work.
I think that an AN v James Storm feud would be epic! The red neck v the Asian.
I would also like to see him beat the **** out of Garett Bishoff.

I view us on the section as a family and would support ANYONE who had a shot at TV.
Now if Tiff, Ryou, or Mancacdude got a shot I may root extra because I would like to think we are mad tight, but I still support AN.
I really like Jerseytriad but dunno how "tight" we are. I would friend here if I remembered how to! lol* anatolian shepherd crew *

Have you ever met Ric Flair? He shows up at the promotion I mentioned earlier all the time including did a few times during his part in TNA. The guy walks around like his sh*t doesn't stink too... From what I understand FROM HIM, gut check has been around for a bit now and has made more opportunities for getting noticed and as a result a higher chance but you cannot expect everything to fall into your lap even if you're picked. The opportunity can get you directly into TNA, but if creative has no material for you and you will be sitting home under a contract where you will require permission to appear at someone else's promotion. The business I guess depends on your resources and any other commitments you have made and from what I understand that there are developmental talent actually paying money out of their own pockets for training off camera beforehand and to get onto Impact tapings meaning you have to pay for the experience or whatever you're able to learn when you might get there, so depending on your financial situation, gut check may not be your best option...... Btw, yeah tell the mcmahons, ortons, dibiases, hogans, miavias, bichoffs, and every other wrestling pedigree that it was jack sh*t.
