I decide to start again with a deload. I want to be sure my form is right and I am ready to go hard again in a week. I was also sweating my tits off in my gymbox so that should help get rid of the gut!
Todays session
Deadlift: 5,5,5,5,5 with 105kg
Pendlay: 6,6,6,6,6 with 45kg
Pulldown: 8,8,8,8,8 with 30kg
Seated Row: 8,8,8,8,8 with 40kg
Fixed up some carpet tiles to get my deadlift to a standard 17" starting point. The 1.5" defecit was killing me before. Hopefully my deadlift will go up as a result!New Evolution shat on me

Still on deload and I like it, It's like easy listening music but in gravity form. My right wrist is giving me some grief though so I am not looking forward to heavier weight. I'll try and get to a doctor soon or maybe just get some kind of wrist support if such thing exists.

Did 25 minutes of HIIT after work today, went running down a muddy bridal path in the middle of nowhere! Felt good to feel so bad.

My lungs are **** but I did it. Managed 3 miles of running, well, actually I run for a bit then walked then run for a bit then walked then run for bit etc etc. My legs feel ****ed!!!New Evolution shat on me

Update for yesterday and today.
Cardio day
I had to go see the Vicar on Thursday so I went running on Friday instead. I have downloaded a GPS app thing for running so I can track my distance and times to check progress. Annoyingly the app turned itself of near the halfway point of my run but slutever.
I will get faster soon and be able to run further as well. I find it a right arseache running!!!
Leg day
I did leg day today as I was running yesterday. I haven't trained legs in ages so I took it fairly easy with a low volume workout.
Todays session
Back Squat: 5,5,5 with 80kgs

My left hip joint was giving me some jip today? I am gonna see if i can get it seen to by a Doctor. It was really uncomfortable, almost a cold numb feeling after squatting.

3:30 am, seriously pissed right now, went out with my dad for dinner while my missus is at her hen do. Many pints of beer later and a nice walk to the restaurant and back. Then on to his to talk about family stuff till 3 am.
The sober walk there, legs were ****ing aching from running and squats
The walk back to my dads for a nightcap
