I have recently started working out and my friend told me to do this type of work out daily. 30, 20, 10 which includes push ups, sit ups and star jumps so you do 30 of each than 20 than 10 with no breaks in between try and build up to as many reps as you can.
I have been doing that for few days I told my friend I could do 2 sets and he said no way let me see. After showing him his like wrong wrong wrong He said my push ups not going low enough I tried to do a guy push up but fall flat on my face, my sit ups as he described girly I had to actually put my hands on my head go all the way up with my stomach not this half sit up.
Well after doing what he said I couldn't even complete one set now and two days on my stomach is still hurting
Has me thinking is it pointless trying to work out your muscles if your not actually making it hard on your muscles? Is it better to do less sets but are harder??
