Quick overview...
Extreme weak points (inb4everything) are my hamstrings and triceps, so I've put a small emphasis on them, but obviously still kept working the others as well.
BBG = Boring but big, a template of the Jim Wendler program where you do 5x10 of 30%-60% of your 1 rep max.
5/3/1 - Assisted = The new addition Jim Wendler talked about in his second edition of the program where you do specific percentages on assisted exercsiss.
On Tuesday I lift at home becuase My gym is ALWAYS full and I can never get a rack/barbell free to do military press so im limited to what to do. Although at home I have the facilities to do proper dips (unlike in my gym, sucks I know).
Also doing dumbbell Row for 20 reps to help improve grip strength since I HATE using wraps for deadlifts...
Btw bulking routine.
So opinons? Any lifts that could be took and out and better ones that can be put in?

Needs more pulling, i'd go for a rowing movement. Entirely up to you though.

Okay but wont it effect my chins the following day or do you thing i move them to that day also?
An btw I'll most likley be DEAD after the two main lifts since the 5/3/1 deadlift varys around 60%-95% for 3 sets then the boring but big, set will take anythng that I had left out.Last edited by bobbysto; 07-08-2012 at 12:03 PM.
