but when I'm lifting I'm pretty much dying, my muscles feel all tight after the workout but the next day I don't feel nothing. Do I need to do more sets?
Edit: People say you need to feel sore the next day to know that your muscle is rebuilding or something like that.

NO this is a common misconception by newbies like I used to think this. U should be doing fullbody workouts 3x a week look up Starting Strength in. The stickies. U might be a little sore the next day on this routine sometimes but u won't be very sore.

I never get sore, i stretch and do light cardio after every sesh so i dont get the DOMS! You can make all kinds of gains without feeling sore at all, dont worry
