June 15th, 2012: 58.1 Fats Carbs 45.2 149.5 Protein
June 16th, 2012: 50.4F 26.9C 125.8P (Low Carbs good protein low fats)
June 17, 2012: 91.5 F 23.6C 201.7P ( Keeping my carbs low and good protein, but low fats)
June 18, 2012: 63.4F 25.4C 133P. ( Keeping my carbs low and good protein, but low fats)
June 19 2012: 170.5F 29.3C 151.1P ( I am starting to learn what to eat)
June 20 2012: 137.9F 39.9C 169.4P ( Showing some stability, but low calories overall)
Overall I am keeping my ratios but under eating. I can see by body is getting ripped but I am also loosing muscle mass.
