I had been dating this girl for 9 months (I know, not 5 years), but she sounds very similar to your girl (christian, only explored sexually with me, freak, wanted fairy princess wedding, etc) I broke up with her because she really wasnt mature enough to be dating me, I DID love her, but love isnt enough. exact reason why I give no ****s what other people say or think. My girlfriend keeps getting questioned from her friends and co workers why we havent married yet (been together 8 years) and I told her when we first started dating that I wouldn't marry anyone unless we have been together for at least 15 years since by then everything should be in order and we don't make rash decisions based on stupid circumstances or pressure.
