    This first pic is of me AFTER I tried bulking for a few months and put on like 30 lbs in 4 months, srs (These forums convinced me that I had to shovel food down my throat to get swole and I went all out with my bulk). Anyways my body type was quite similar to the one in the OP in the true beginning.

    Then over a few months I just went very low calorie, did some P90X, didn't really lift heavy for awhile....and this is what I became:

    So this a "cut" skinny-fat body.
    PRs:
    Squat: 630 (sleeves)
    Deadlift: 735 (straps)
    Strict OHP: 330
    Log Clean & Press: 360
    Gave stickyashell hope and now he's back in strength sports crew

    Nice, do u have wide hips? In the skinny kinda looks like it, maybe because shoulders look narrow

    Whats so great about p90x is jus burning calories u could juat do normal cardio and lifting

    I'm not sure, I guess I do have wide hips. I still was carrying a little layer of fat in the 2nd pic in my stomach area. People often tell me I have broad shoulders now, but I guess I have wide hips, too. P90X was basically just good cardio, plus a low carb meal plan. I'll go take a current pic I guess, even though I'm looking awful by many ppls standards. I've been bulking for the past 11 months now so I'm fat.

    It's perfectly typical for men to store fat in the belly. It's women who store it lower (and higher). As for no muscle mass, you really don't need hormones to explain that.

    i would put him sprinting and weighted pullups/chinups along with deadlifts srs op

    sprinting would at least make him build glutes/legs

    oh op and dont get too happy

    i have wide hips too and small upper body which means no aesthetics, always look feminime

    but I built dat dere lats and a lot of mass helps a lot, just add mass

    but never expect to look good naked srs, i have v taper from the back because of big lats but still look like shiet from front

    wide hips and small chest just does this no matter what bf you are
