does this person has even a chance to look even remotely decent?
what are his strong points? what are his weakpoints?
does he have wide hips or narrow hips? He seems to store lots of fat in the love handles
what are your thoughts, what would you recommend him to do? cut? bulk? sterons?

Chest looks to be able to grow quite well. He has wide hips, he will need to really work on his back to form the V-taper. Ass is non-exist as well as legs. Traps look to have somewhat potential My thoughts.

The ability to store fat in the chest is somewhat good. You could be skinny-fat and have a non-exist chest, some people store all weight into stomach.

I was so dismayed when I read your skinny fat ectomoroph post all those months ago.
but few months down the track my waist went from 37' to 33'. and I'm getting a strong V-Taper. just cutting a bit right now so no pics!
