    Arrow Dex, Malto or Waxy????

    Hey guys just curious on what carb supp you think is best for both pre and post workout shakes while bulking. Dextrose, Maltodextrin or Waxy Maize???

    basically just for extra energy and calories for the day as im having a bit of trouble eating enough to keep gaining weight. Iv heard some give you bloat as well which i would like to avoid. Iv been taking waxy maize for about a month but im not sure if its really had much of an effect.

    I've tried all 3 and for me they were nothing but a waste of money. I still have two giant tubs of dextrose, and maltodexrin just sitting around. Oats are they way to go when it comes to carbs hombre.
