we all know it's alot harder for us natural bodybuilders to make progress. we all hit plateus eventualy. we have to work extra hard to get past plateaus . we have to pay extra attention to how we go about things. my question is what is your mind set ? like i said we all will hit a wall sooner or later. so is your attitude ? well ......... i know i can only get so big naturally , so theres no point in going to the gym a 4th time this week ? or i know im never gonna be as big as i want to be so im going to skip that last meal today or im gonna have another cheat meal this week . you guys get what im saying ? i urge you not to put a limit on yourselves. keep working hard and stay focused. you can and will continue making progress if you stay hungry .

Im far from reaching that point but I just take a look at what a lot of others have accomplished and am amazed at the growth/gains the body can support.. it motivates me to stick to my plan, to work hard and to eat right. It's comforting to know that the body is a fine tuned machine that will produce amazing results as long as you feed it the right fuel and work it the right way. I just have to continue to train hard and eat right and the body will do the rest

totally understand where your coming from brah.
i look at it like this,
You got to work with what you got, you got to make sacrafices and decisions that most dont have too. For me i feel a sense of enlightenment knowing im natural, and that
its a tougher fight, but wouldnt want it any other way. Still a long road ahead though."you have to have nothing, to have something"

Good thread. People limit themselves all the time with negative thoughts. They don't believe that they can really achieve greatness so they don't even try.

some people wont even try. i hear people say it all the time. they will say i wish i could go to the gym and do what you do but i cant ........... the key word here is cant. that's the first mistake. he who says he can and he who says he cant ........... both are usually right.
then they will say ....... oh it's easy for you to do what you do...... your single. im married with kids......... i laugh at that one. there are people who are married with kids, full time job, going to school ................ and find the time to compete in high level bodybuilding shows. not just workout , but they compete at a high level........... so no excuses. if you realy want to do something you will find the time to do it.this is all up to you , great power lies in your hand's .

Dropped this quote in the motivational quotes thread last week.. It's taped to my bed stand so I see it every morning...

Ya it's first thing I see in the morning along with... "energy and persistence conquer all things." - Benjamin Franklin, and "Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up." - Thomas Edison... Helps me to get up and get out of bed for those before work gym sessions even when sleep seems so much better. Starting the day with a little motivation/inspiration can go along way

My mind set ? Just keep going. At the moment I've been the same weight for a LONG time. I bulked well I tried and gained some weight then stopped idk even know why. But basically just keep going because if I keep trying to get my diet in check eventually it WILL get in check. Just like how I used to be inconsistent in the gym. Now I'm not. Diet will come eventually. And then everything will be worth it.
I have CF(genetic disease) hence my super small size.
