149.6 this morning!!!!
MONUMENTAL!
Berto was really happy with this week's progress, and despite my trip to the west Coast starting this afternoon, he says he wants to see me at 148.999999 next Tuesday (i come home monday, so no scale)
I know I can do it! If I can lose weight eating black and white cookies and not training in NYC, then dropping another pound when I ACTUALLY have a hotel gym and en suite kitchen at my disposal will be a cake walk!
Today's workout:
Straight-arm pulldowns 3 12-15 PRE-EXHAUST
Bent barbell rows 4 12-15 DROP SET
Overhand wide-grip 4 12-15 SUPERSETS
Underhand-grip 4 to FAILURE
Straight-arm pulldowns 4 20-30 PUMP SETS
Hanging leg raises
4 12-15
Crunches
4 12-25 PUMP SETS
Sh*t!!! My gym doesn't have a smith machine or a squat rack, but I forgot to change the original template of the exercise!
Those are supposed to read: Bulgarian Smith squat. Thanks, matt!!!Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403

I've always liked it - mainly for the fact that it's my best pressing movement and I get to look cool loading up the bar, lol.
Felt a bit better about this morning's workout. Still felt a little strapped for energy, but managed some decent weight.

WTF? An update from MO? =)
Hello BB.com! Appologies for the lack of logging. #MoFail
I have been completely swallowed-up by work, 15 month olds and lack of sleep!! Could life get any better?
Updates
-Diet is still ~1600 calories-ish with a structured refeed every 3 days
-Training has been tweaked and I am now following a much higher volume routine. Yay! My fave
-Cardio is still at 5, 30 minute MISS sessions per week
-Weight has not changed much over this last week, but I am expecting another 'whoosh' any day now! #Keepthefaith
-I have been posing more. I NEED to pose more ........... wow
-I saw a delt vein! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I have some dungeon vids that I may post, just so everyone can see how I'm looking at ~8.5 ish weeks out.
Cheers! MoTeam Amazon: Sisterhood of Iron

Hi from Vancouver!!!
Diet is totally on point, training is perfect, and I'm currently going on a mega shopping spree to reward myself for the new body none of my jeans fit anymore, and my shirts look stupid now.

Heidi - delt veins are always a good thing. Way to go!
Jaime - say hi to Vancouver for me. Jennifer likes the list. When you two going shopping? lol
My workouts are really starting to suck. I have absolutely no energy, no umph, no desire to even lift to be honest. I'm still progressing in terms of overall load, but it just so draining - no fun....
Leg Extension - 165x26, 225x20, 275x20, 310x20x20x18
Leg Curl - 130x20, 145x20, 175x16x16x16x14
Leg Press - 630x12, 810x12x12x12x12
Calf Raise - 630x16, 720x14, 810x12x12x12
PWO Cardio - 24 min Bike. I just didn't want to go anymore....
Didn't even bother taking pics this week - I feel as if I look exactly the same as last week. So great, another week wasted. I fear that I'm going to be "that guy" on stage. You know, the one who didn't diet....
Meh....Team General Mills

That sounds like the loser class...
Lack of energy is due to the calorie cuts and increase in cardio. Maybe also due to the fact that I have to train fasted at 5am in the morning. Only so much a pre-workout and BCAAs can do I guess...
Asparagus for energy? Maybe is forced energy...having to run to the bathroom to pee so often...

Happy Friday everyone!
Just got back from a killer Chest, Back & Abs workout. Lots of sets, lots of reps and lots of FUN!
30 min MISS thrown in too.
8 weeks (or less!) out! OMG
I have noticed less 'puff' in my lower abdomen. That is a HUGE thing for me. I am not making progress at lightening speed or anything, but I am moving in the right direction! Down to 145.8 post refeed so I'm happy. Pics may be posted, but I have to scrutinize them some more first!!
Edit: omg... I think my butt is finally getting smaller! HALLELUIAH!!Last edited by MoEcho; 09-08-2012 at 06:51 PM.

I survived the first of 3 family meals!!! I brought a Tupperware, but actually ate with my family too! I over calculated the "cost" of the meal, and then just had my own food after!
Today I have a brunch, and then the actual wedding
In the meantime, two pieces of good news!!!
1) New split!
Back/shoulder
Off
Upper strength*
Lower strength
Off
Chest/arm
Lower
Off
Off
2) The discriminating eye of a close WNBF Pro friend has said about my physique:
"Hey hey hey.. imo..you appear to be coming In quite nicely at this stage. You look leg dominant...which is not bad in any stretch of means as most ppl seem to not have a good pair of wheels..your symmetrical output looks above average as well....and as you lean out further in the weeks to come..even more will appear..great job Jaime"
How encouraging is that?!?
Anyway, I'm feeling good.
Rob, how are your cals looking now?
