You have a lot going on irl and I see you fightin' and working for bb'ing progress.
I do not have much going on irl but can really empathize with the fat loss struggles! We keep hammering away, keep doing what we need to, and some place down the line these stubborn bodies of ours have got to give in and do what we're telling and forcing them to do!
But in the end, when the transformation is done...well, all I can say is that's been the hallmark and turning point of my existence.
Now, please go phuck up some weights for me.

Arms, arms and more arms!! Blasted away at BB curls, DB curls and finished with drop sets of preacher machine curls. Did 3 sets of BW dips and overhead DB extensions for the tris too. My poor victim (training partner) for this evening....... had her barley able to move her arms
