Post the pics, Mo! They're great!!!
Rob, you too! POOL BODY!!! FILF!
I had an amazing weekend at the cottage. Honestly, my "in-laws" are so great and accepting of my lifestyle, and couldn't be more accommodating. They bought me fish and saved the nutrition info before the BBQ'd (to make sure it was OK, which it was), but my boy made sure I brought my cooler with 1.5 days worth of food anyway, just in case there was something I couldn't eat. I just had an incredible, relaxed weekend overall - which it sounds like we all did!
10 weeks out and we're bringing it!
Today, if I get time (we didn't get much sleep last night ) I'm heading to the gym for cardio, arms/shoulders (i've kind of added a 5th day to my routine) and posing practice (emphasis on the latter).
Have a great rest of your weekend!!! xo

Cottage was a huge success.
Came back at 151.6 as of this morning, so I'm down 1.2lbs in 8 days, which is pretty good. I have to take off 1.6 (to bring me to 150) by Labor Day. Coach and I know i can do it.
Hired 2 people to help me practice posing: One for bodybuilding and one for physique. I'll start working with them either this week or next. Really excited about that! Everything feels so close and so real!
Next week i'm in Vancouver, and the following Monday, my workout will completely change. So this is actually the last week of my PHAT split. I deload next week, and start fresh sept 10 with a whole different program.
Yesterday's workout: UPPER POWER
Flat dumbbell - 60x4
Cable row - 115x4
Wide grip pulldown - 120x4
Cable upright row - 105x4
Cable tricep extension - 115x4
Hammer curl - 30x6
cardio - 60 min.

Jaime, you're killing it! I hear you on the energy...sometimes I feel like I'm really dragging...

So in the past 10 days I've been told:
-I have crappy genetics for physique sports (says my overweight friend)
-I don't have the body to compete
-I may never have abs (because of my crappy genetics) lol
-I've been training for years and look and the result that I'm NOT getting

I will bust my ass to get there...and I just may have to. It seems like my body did not get the memo that it's fat shedding time. I mean, it's been two weeks of increased cardio and decreased calories and my fat is just staying put. Most other bodies would have by now seen what is going on and said, "oh, okay...let's lose the fat". Mine on the other hand is just oblivious to the fact that we're in contest prep mode. Stupid body....
YES Heidi. That's the attitude. You will have that chance in November. Just don't rub their face in it too badly...Team General Mills

Thanks for all the birthday wishes guys and gals! Sorry I haven't been in here a lot, but I've been gearing up for a trip to NYC (which I'm currently in the midst of) and haven't had time to breathe between clients, packing and seeing friends before I leave.
Anyway, yesterday I met with the owner of Ultimate Fitness Events (a reputable org here in Canada) for a posing session. He told me I was doing perfectly for 9 weeks out (not ahead or behind). This guy isn't one to throw out compliments so quickly, so for him to say that, especially given I'm not competing with him, is amazing. He helped with my physique posing, and on Monday, I'm meeting with Joanne Williams (just won her IFBB pro card at nationals 2 weeks ago). She'll help me with bodybuilding. Cannot wait for her assessment!
Rob and Heidi, how are you guys feeling going into the weekend? Mo, who said that crap to you about your physique? Wtf??Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403

Hey Jaime - black and white cookies for everyone!
My long weekend will be nothing spectacular. I bet come Monday I'll even wish I was at work - it's a lot less "work" than staying home with my monsters...er...I mean angels...
My 5 am workouts are getting tougher. Today I was feeling rather stiff and tired, but still managed to do some type of work...I guess...
Leg Extension - 165x24, 225x20, 265x20, 305x18x18
Leg Curl - 125x22, 155x16, 180x12x1x2x12
Squats - 135x10, 225x10x10x10x10
Leg Press - 630x20x20x20
Calf Raise - 630x14x14x14x14
PWO Cardio - 25 min TM
Leg legs are worn out!
But with 9 weeks to go, there's really no time for complaining.
Here are a couple of shots PWO - 222lbs:

Pec Dec - 175x14, 265x9x9x9
Rack DL - 195x12, 285x10x10

Hey everyone!!! Just arriving back in the city from a super amazing birthday weekend with a close friend in NYC
We shopped, walked, shopped, lather, rinse, repeat. I'll be honest, the diet took a toll on me a couple of times with all that walking. But my friend was amazing about being accommodating with my food and letting me bring my cooler everywhere. I really am so lucky in that respect with my friends and fam
Anyway, I have a bunch of pics on ******** and I'll upload some here. I haven't trained since Thursday and don't know if I will, but Coach wants me to be 149-150 by tomorrow, so I should do SOMETHING...Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403

Solid workout Rob!
Rob and I had a nice little chat at 2am because we were both up (the party animals that we are )
Today, on no sleep, i started my deload week (was a little eager):
Incline dumbbell flyes - 4 x 12
PRE-EXHAUST
Flat bench presses - 4 x 12-15 DROP SET

Posed with the pro today. Wish I got pics!!! She said that my quads, abs and smile were my best assets.
That woman has a crazy eye for detail! I am going to try to work with her once a week, as long as our schedules permit. I feel like she's a great addition to my team! We posed for an hour straight, and we were both sweating BUCKETS by the end. I got so pumped and motivated by her words of encouragement. It's refreshing to see a Pro whose fame hasn't gone to her head
Today's workout:
Dumbbell kickbacks
4 12-15 PRE-EXHAUST
Close-grip bench presses 4 12-15 DROP SET
Overhead rope extensions 4 20-30 PUMP SETS
Seated incline curls
4 12-15
Standing barbell curls 4 12-15 DROP SET

One-arm high cable curls 4 20-30 PUMP SETS
Barbell reverse wrist curls
4 15-20
Barbell wrist curls
4 15-20
Post NYC weigh in tomorrow... praying to gd i'll be in the 150-150.8 range.Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403
