I take the train everyday.....and spent a considerable amount of time in front of the tracks and always wonder about these situations.....I can't believe nobody went in to get him out when he was still standing right infront of the edge.......it boggles my mind.

He probably was for the first 5 seconds or so. Ive been hooked up on 277V before ( like the lights in a target walmart etc) and that is really dangerous because it doesnt have the energy to throw you to the ground, but it does have enough to make your muscles contract.
