Should I continue a linear strength program?

For the past year and a half I've been doing SS or the alternate babylover's SS, and had my lifts up to 285x5 Squat / 340 x5 dl / 205x5 bench, but I've always started and stopped due to whatever reasons. I'm just getting back to the gym after a 3 month hiatus, and my lifts are down to 225/305/175 respectively. Would it be worth it to go back to SS again, or should I just progress onto a more intermediate program?
