    Fish Oil for Joint Pain???

So is it just a gimmick or does fish oil help with joint pain? I ask because I have two bottles of fish oils (different brands) and I'm thinking of taking them again. My friend who has a degree in kinesiology and was a personal trainer said I should get back on fish oils. So what's your thoughts keep taking them and maybe keep up with them once I finish the bottles or it's just a gimmick? I'm having pain in my elbows but just real recently as I'm bulking and lifting real heavy.

    Thanks,
    Elliott

And that's not an overstatement at all.

Go with 2-4g EPA/DHA combined daily.

It could possibly help if you are really deficient however a joint supplement would do more for your joints than fish oil.

What is causing the pain in your elbows? You should get that fixed before looking to supplements.

Use at least 1 gram of EPA for best results so it may require you take multiple pills to achieve 1 gram. I am currently using fish oil for my bursitis in my shoulder.

Thumbs up aysysa valeria pain oil

    Ayusya Valeria Pain Oil
A human body contains 206 bones and 210 joints. All these joints contain a sticky and fluid matter called Synovial Fluid. Due to the stickiness and the fluid state of this component, the joints in a human body work efficiently. With older age, injuries, wrong postures or fatness this fluid starts to diminish from the joints. When this component is less, it starts lacking smoothness in the joints and the bones start to run against each other thereby creating a friction, due to which the joints start paining.

Try it once and feel the difference. Order your pack today and say goodbye to joint pain

I can not say for sure fish oil helps, but I have had off and on joint pain since turning 45. I recently started lifting heavy again, and have been taking fish oil. So far so good. I am starting to think it is really helping me.

Fish oil has many benefits, that go beyond joint aid. If your having real issues add in a joint support and CBD which can reduce inflammation.
If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.

I would also recommend picking up a fish oil product.

I've also found Cissus to help with joint pain. I'd recommend checking out the Myprotein supplement line for Mega Cissus.
