Your at the point where your base is solid. I give you complete props on what you have gained thus far. For improvements your shoulders could use more mass to cap them off, and you can never have a thick enough or detailed enough back. DON'T forget about the body parts people neglect to think about and usually standout the most when on stage. Work your hamstrings, lower back and forearms too. Your solid buddy but its real criticism that is going to push you in the right direction. By the way great genetics, don't waste them.

Started Week 4 of shortcut to size today. Went ****ing great. Repped 215 for the first time, and did it like it was cake. Also got my flies up to 65 for the first time so really stoked on that . For some reason my weight is going down and my strength is going up and quite substantially.. Seeing as I'm trying to bulk I'm finding this pretty darn confusing. If anyone could provide a reason why it'd be greatly appreciated.
