    Your at the point where your base is solid. I give you complete props on what you have gained thus far. For improvements your shoulders could use more mass to cap them off, and you can never have a thick enough or detailed enough back. DON'T forget about the body parts people neglect to think about and usually standout the most when on stage. Work your hamstrings, lower back and forearms too. Your solid buddy but its real criticism that is going to push you in the right direction. By the way great genetics, don't waste them.

    This is the only picture I believe I have and it's very very old haha. And I feel you bro! I don't gain fat very easily but it takes a while to put on muscle. But then again that's common for everyone.

    looking pretty good. i'd just keep doing what you're doing. oh and if you're not deadlifting, add 1x5 deads somewhere in your back day, it will make your traps, spinal erectors, and forearms explode.

    Started Week 4 of shortcut to size today. Went ****ing great. Repped 215 for the first time, and did it like it was cake. Also got my flies up to 65 for the first time so really stoked on that . For some reason my weight is going down and my strength is going up and quite substantially.. Seeing as I'm trying to bulk I'm finding this pretty darn confusing. If anyone could provide a reason why it'd be greatly appreciated.

    Well I did forget to mention they were incline flies. There's really not too much technique to it. I just put the weights on my legs and lift them up with the help of my thighs.

    Oh, okay. I thought you were referring to flat bench flies in which case I was amazed! Even Arnold in Pumping Iron was only doing 80 lb flies, I believe. Not to say you were lying, just that it would be a sight to watch.

    i'm in the same boat, looking for immediate results, but we know that just doesn't happen... at the very least if you pump out one more rep than we did last workout, or bump the weight up...

    I meant any plans as in jumping on the bike anytime in the near or later future. Are you planning to compete as a bodybuilder or more towards the fitness modelling side

    I like natural bodybuilding, and I respect people who aren't naturals as well. I just don't agree with it. I will never touch steroids or growth hormone. I don't have any concrete plans as to where i want to compete as that will change as I change and get older.

    It really definitely doesn't. I should be happy with the fact that my lifts have gone up so much since I started shorcut to size but I'm not happy because my weight has gone down haha. Which I don't understand at all!
