Wow, you looked no where near 300 pounds in your 1st pic. Held your weight really well. Even looked beefy over 300, which is impressive, especially only being 6-1.
Very impressive results. Why did you black out the face on the 2nd pic though?Current Stack

Thanks peeps!
To sharpie- all squats deads bench and military press was 3x5 reps. In fact once i got to the last stages.of.my cut and cut out running for.eliptical and biking as cardio i went as heavy as 2 rep sets. Now consistent heavy weight is what im used to but it.takes a toll. Now that im basically.eating maintenance and backed my lifting to 3x a wk im working higher reps for now.

that's good to know. i've been sticking mostly with a 3x5 type working set for my big lifts, usually ending with a couple 2-3 rep sets and then 1 or 2 singles, on deads and squats anyway. i'll warm up with 8-10 reps for a couple sets before working sets. i think it's been working but you can't help but doubt yourself every once in a while, lol, human nature.

What do you attest to the abs area? Always thought that was all about diet. What exercises do you do to get your stomach/abs like that?
I like you never liked terrible at my heaviest of 340, then dropped to 228 and sling shot up to 280 and now back to 247, but added a lot more muscle mass. Nothing like you, but not doing to bad. I however have a flabby stomach still and just marked it ad I would always have problems in that area.
I bench over 400 for reps and Military close to 300. I don't dead lift much to back issues and hardly any cardio besides 20 minutes 3x a week on elliptical.
Just would love to know your secret since you eat at maintenance, which is what I do most days. Also you said nutrition isn't that good.
Thanks and definitely impressed!Current Stack

Gotcha now, I must have read wrong.
Most of my reasons for stomach issues is due to poor nutrition. Even when in my cat/deficit I was still eating a lot of bad foods. I know that is where I need to get serious to get where I want.
Goal is 220 and 15-18% Bf. I am not a bodybuilder, just average guy looking to be more fit.

U are my new idol. I was 345+ and dropped to 270 but was weak. I got back up to 300 currently but am much stronger now. I still have a gut but the rest of me is coming around. Switched from phat routine to ud2.0 and similar. Recently have gone to 5-3-1 and results are way better. Considering a switch to madcow 5x5 or possibly 5-3-1 for press squat and deads but smolov jr for bench as thats my weakest point. Numbers are nowhere near urs but im no longer embarrassed to be in gym.
Squat 425+
Bench 310
Press 185x6
Dl.....335x6 (just started deads recently and are increasing weekly)
Anyway congrats and im inspired by those pics
Also incorporated I.F. lately with solid results

Well when they say you are what you eat, its no joke! Dont limit yourself. Your mind will take your body as far as it can. You are the only.holding yourself back. I looked at myself one day in disgust and decided i was going to do.something. I was criticised at first. Now.people see me at 270lbs and are like what the......? I say i told you so. People may have thought i was stupid for not eating desert on christmas or thanksgiving but now i am.what i wanted. Dont limit yourself! You want abs? Get them! Theyre there!

Thank you. And ill tel you from.experience and being around other successful lifters. Never be embarressed about your numbers in the gym. You think i just walked in the gym and benched 500 some lbs? Nope! I started out just like everyone else. I just had a mindset that if someone else can do it, so can i. And as far as all the routines you mentioned, just give each workout time to see results and stay consistant.so you know what works and what doesnt. We werent all made from the same cookie cutter so not all ppl.react the same to workout routines. Just stay dedicated and let your mind take you where you tk be
