There are more people with British ancestry than Spanish ancestry.
This may help with understanding the complexity of calculating such numbers:
However, demographers regard this as an undercount as the index of inconsistency is high, and many, if not most, people from English stock have a tendency to identify simply as Americans or, if of mixed European ancestry, nominate a more recent and differentiated ethnic group. Consequently, many well-established white Americans have at least some British ancestry, including many who identify primarily with other ethnic groups (such as Irish, German, Scandinavian, and so forth).
In the 1980 United States Census, over 61 million (61,311,449) Americans claimed British ancestry, at the time around 32.56% of the total population and largest reported group which, even today, would make them the largest ethnic group in the United States. This outnumbered the population of Great Britain at the time.

I think you mean "English" instead of British....
In 2009, German Americans (16.5%), Irish Americans (11.9%), English Americans (9.0%) and Italian Americans (6.4%) were the four largest self-reported ancestry groups in the United States forming 43.8% of the total population.[17] British Americans (English, Welsh, Northern Irish and Scottish) are estimated to be up to (20%) or (60,000,000) of the United States population.[18]
So actually we are the biggest...If she hasn't got the glow, i don't want to know crew

Yep, i already covered this in another thread.
The immigration statistics from 1820 to 1980 proves the German number was exagerrated. In 1790 Germans only made up 6% of the population while British made up around 74% and about 60% were English. Between 1820 & 1980 7 million Germans arrived. In 1980 50 million claimed they were English ancestry. It dropped from that date.
7 million immigrants cannot outbreed the majority in such a short time. Many of those who claim German ancestry most likely had a German speaking ancestor but were not ethnicaly German. Many Americans also don't remember their ancestry beyond 3 generations. People get mixed up and they start claiming things that they aren't.
Its kinda like the many White Americans who swear they are part Native American (Despite America genociding the majority of them and leaving not many left to interbreed much), then they get tested and find out they haven't got a trace of Native ancestry, lol

No because British girls =/= American girls, different genetic makeup, culture, accents, style etc. no matter what you want to believe, virtually all people here even many Brits would agree out of the anglosphere they easily have the worst looking women overall. Lulz at trying to sound like a know it all because you've been to other countries, as if it means you've seen what everyone there looks like. I'm pretty sure you're just another Euro******* with a chip on his shoulder we unfortunately let in. No American would suck British nuts so hard and hate on their own as much as you do

Genetic make up: Estimated 60% of Americans come from the British isles. The rest Northwestern & East European countries.
Culture: A Hybrid British culture. Holidays, Sports, Legal System, Laws, & Political system, a large portion of cuisine, also from Britain. Mainstream culture? Films, Literature, and the like heavily influenced by the British. Before Star Wars, there was Lord of the Rings. The only thing i could have thought of that was purely American in origin, was the music but EVEN THAT had much influence from European music with the colaboration of African Americans and it was also altered and changed forever by the British Invasion. Neither Rock, Electronic, or Pop in general was what it was when the British invasion came.
Accents: Out of all the Anglosphere, we & Canadians have the dullest. Aussies & Brit accents are cash.
Style: You're kidding right? Hear most tell it, Americans dress pretty casual compared to Europeans. Apparently they wear designer underwear we buy generic ****. And last i heard London was the first fashion capitol of the world.Last edited by Norseduder; 07-04-2012 at 01:40 PM.

there is that inferiority complex coming out again, I never said anything was better or worse I just pointed out what makes American and British women different. Lulz at "we" as if you're actually American, you're a British cock sucking imposter.
You're probably the only person here who would prefer English chicks, and apparently you're probably the only person who can't tell them apart from the rest of us so let me ask you this, judging only by looks what country do you think these people are from?

Inferiority complex. You probably don't even know the meaning of the word.
Those 4 people got nothing on these models!
Oh and have a mod check my IP address then bro :P and don't even try to claim i'm under a proxy, Admins can tell if you are. You just can't accept not all Americans choose to act like idiots.
And i don't prefer anyone bro. I just know for a fact the America that Hollywood portrays is not a reality and most Americans do not look like celebrities. Nowhere in the world does the majority look like celebrities. You seem to have trouble grasping this fact. It only shows you're on the internet a lot more than outdoors.Last edited by Norseduder; 07-04-2012 at 01:56 PM.

Let me guess, norseduder, you feel a close connection to your progressive viking brethren off in that land you've probably never been to. You hold a great angst and think this country sucks, and you feel so out of place here because you are so smart and know so much more than everyone else in this prehistoric nightmare you unfortunately live in. You don't stand during the Pledge of Allegiance at school because you know everything, and all the mindless drones around you are delusional and inferior.
Real tea: every kid with any shred of intelligence thinks the same stupid sh*t as you.

Lulz at you avoiding the question, my point was about your stupid genetics talk to try to say there is no difference between Americans and Brits when in fact we even look different among other things. Yes you do have an inferiority complex, you're from some European country and developed bitterness towards Americans, its not uncommon. not even the most fervent anti American Americans would go as far to throw their own country under the bus to defend the likes of Britain like you're doing. Idc where you're posting from NORSEDUDER.
And lulz at you not being able to understand that when someone says British girls are ugly it doesn't mean that every other country has models for citizens, do you have to hear it from someone who isn't American to understand because I'm pretty sure there is a thread around where Europeans agree the worst looking ones are English. Since when does not acting like an idiot mean defend Britain and condemn America at every turn? judging by your posts if the same things I said about Brits were said about Americans you'd agree, don't ever say "we" when you're referring to this nation again you English cock gobbling fraud.

lulz owned
he's just another anti American imposing double standards, see he ignored my post a couple pages back after he got all butt hurt over "patriotic Americans" with such an ironic username.
you know its one of them because the first thing that cry about is American arrogance and patriotism, something that every single person in every nation has only gets people offended when it comes from Americans who happen to be the world's leading superpower.

I put a random age, and felt no urge to change it because i barely sign on. I'm 23 duder. You don't know me. I have no hatred of America. Think its government & its handling of immigration pure ****? yes. Think many of the stereotypes other nations place on us are true? yes, because i live here and i see them first hand.
Norse, has more to do with the fact my father carried the haplogroup I1. Other than that i feel no close ties to any Scandinavian country. I despise their politics just as i do America's, and believe they are overly liberal & feministic.

I voted UK, because if I couldn't go on the misc I'd probably go outside more, which couldn't hurt.
